On-site grilling also offers entertainment and fun for the guests, and the delicious smells arouse everyone's appetite. Barbecues lend themselves to theme events, something at which FFAS specializes. Imagine the different ways themes could be carried out in the flowers, decorations, linens and music. For example, daisies and old 45's on turquoise linens could decorate a 50's party, with waitstaff in jeans and white shirts rolled up at the cuff, serving guests listening to early Elvis and Buddy Holly. For a Texas barbecue, sunflowers might rest on red gingham-clad tables as wait staff in cowboy hats and jeans serve beverages in canning jars; as a local C&W band plays the latest ballad. After all, a party is not simply eating, and FFAS understands that concept.
