Tax Day signals the �unofficial� start of Spring. Technically spring begins on the twenty-first of March. However in Michigan our chilly temperatures and the dismal gray skies at that time year make us wonder if spring will ever come. Certainly when it is time to pay our taxes we know the seasons have indeed changed.
